I have been using the SteeleSeries QcK Prism Cloth extended mousepad for a few months now, and in this review I will tell you some details about this mousepad, with some positives and negatives near the end.
Keep in mind, this is a cloth mousepad, and if your mouse has ceramic feet, I recommend a hard mousepad so your mouse can glide better.
About The Mousepad
My mousepad’s dimensions are 900mm x 300m x 4mm, this is the XL size, however you can get 3 sizes bigger than this and 1 size smaller, so depending on your desk you can have a mousepad to fit it. Click here to see the other size options.
The mousepad comes with a 1.8m cable length, but depending on your size this will differ. The cable plugs into your computer via a USB port, but if you don’t want to customise the RGB, and if you have no USB ports spare on your PC, you could plug it into a USB port hub.
The mousepad comes with a smooth cloth surface, this allows my mouse to easily glide across it, keep in mind different mouse feet fit different mouse pad materials, so check what your mouse feet are made from before buying a cloth pad, usually if you haven’t customised the feet they should be fine on this mousepad.
The RGB gets fired through a clear plastic tube which is sewn onto the mousepad via clear stitches, the stitches are a little bit rougher than a normal non RGB mousepad, but they are nothing noticeable while gaming. There are 2 RGB beams which you can both customise via the software.
The mousepad comes with a silicon rubber base which grips to your table top and doesn’t slide around.
Review
Now, with RGB mousepads, they aren’t something just for your mouse to sit on, they can now tie together a setup and make it really pop. Overall, I am very pleased with this mousepad, lets get into some more detail now!
I have had 2 mousepads in the past, and I can tell you, this mousepad allows my mice to glide a lot easier across it. Whilst gaming on both this mousepad and another older mousepad, you can tell the difference as your mouse seems to pick up every small movement on this mousepad.

Overall thoughts
Overall, this is a very good mousepad, and honestly I don’t think I can go back to my older ones. Although it is a little expensive, If you have the spare change to buy it I say to go for it. It is a premium product that can give your gaming setup a special feel.
