Ecoded is an NPC inside of Power Simulator 2, he is required to be talked to for the talk to Ecoded in the Club quest, in return he also gives you a quest you need to fulfil in order to unlock flying. This NPC is based off of one of the game contributors.
Ecoded Location
To locate him, its quite simple. First of all you will have to go to the spawn building. Once you are at the spawn building, turn right once you walk out of it, you will be brought to this path:
Simply take the next left turn, the same direction where the arrow sign is pointing. If you continue along the road, you will see a neon pink building on the right hand side past the park. This is the club. Simply walk into the club and you will find him!
