This page will show you all of the new Minecraft 1.17 blocks which are arriving apart of the Minecraft 1.17 update, the Caves and Cliffs update! There are a lot of new blocks with this update, although not as many as the 1.16 update which brought 97 new blocks, this update brings 64 new blocks!

Currently that’s all of the blocks added in the 1.17 update. Keep in mind, there could be even more new blocks to be added in the miniature updates throughout 1.17’s lifetime, so make sure to come back to check if there are any more new blocks in the future!
A lot of the new blocks added in this update are to do with copper, this is because with the new update, there is a feature which allows copper to weather. This causes the blocks appearance to change the longer it has been placed down, pretty cool if you ask me!
