Cleetus
Cleetus is a NPC in Power Simulator 2, it is a character based off the popular Roblox YouTuber, Flamingo. You are required to visit him for some quests, for example, to obtain the shield glue to complete the quest from Vale.
Cleetus’ Location
To locate him, its quite simple. First of all you will have to go to the spawn building. Once you are at the spawn building, turn right once you walk out of it, you will be brought to this path:
Simply take the next left turn, the same direction where the arrow sign is pointing. If you continue along the road where you turned left, you will see him next to a park bench on the left hand side of the road.
